You´re closing your eyes.
Your pulse is increasing.
In your right hand the six-string.
A bottle BLACK HILLS in your left.
Reaching the last steps to the peak.
The peak of the Black Hills.
This is your stage.
Metal up your ass!

Degustation

The BLACK HILLS 2013 shines in a deep dark red. It smells of plums and sweet cherries underlaid by smoky and spicy fragrances. Subtile Vanilla in the nose indicates a maturation in french oak barrels.

We recommend to decant the wine for an hour. With some air, flavors of black- and raspberries and understated roast aromas can develope. Strong and full-bodied with a tender acidity and ripe tannins.
